Thank You Classic Carpets and Draperies for a Suburb Job
I would like to thank Classic Carpets and Draperies for a Wonderful Job they did with our Blinds and Draperies. I didn't have any references to go by, and by chance saw an advertisement in the local paper for Classic Carpets and Draperies. I thought I would call and check out this company. After all there was no requirement to buy anything. I called and got a prompt response, and that they could be out that afternoon. When they responded I was met by Jason Taite who was very responsive to our requests. We kind of knew what we wanted, but weren't sure of the styles available. Jason has over 50 years in the business and was very knowledgeable about what we were looking for. He gave us some great ideas on what would, and wouldn't work. He helped my wife in picking out the styles and colors that she needed. It was just like having an interior decorator for Free... When we finished with one room, he noticed other areas in our home that could use improvements. He offered only suggestions with no hard sell put on us. He was a tremendous help in a number of areas. The blinds and drapes were delivered on time and installed expertly by his crew with no mess at all. We are very happy with all our new blinds and drapes. Jason even called later to make sure we were completely happy with everything. I would certainly recommend Classic Carpets and Draperies to anyone looking for a Class Operation from every aspect of what you are looking for in Drapes and Blinds. Once again Thank You Classic Carpets and Draperies for a Suburb Job.

The draperies installed exceeded my expectations in every way.
I purchased my new home a few months ago. I had to install some window treatments at my front room; however I was at a complete loss. I called Jason and he took the time to explain to me what will look good for my house and why. I would like to point out that Jason had no interest in selling to me the most expensive item either. You also measured all the windows and gave us invaluable information about shutters and blinds. You definitely helped us make the right decision. He has a true sense of room decor and offered suggestions which truly enhanced the overall appearane of both rooms. In addition, he adhered to stated time frames in completing the work. Buying drapes and blinds can be a confusing and costly experience. Not with Jason Taite. We purchased drapes and blinds from Jason last June for our new townhome in Marina Del Rey. We found Jason and his installers to be honest, prompt, knowledgeable and very competitively priced. We are frequently complimented on our window coverings and would confidently recommend Jason to anyone.

We were very pleased with the design advice that Classic Draperies provided to us for blinds for several rooms. Their representative understood our style and needs and suggested the right type of blinds, and the most economical, including helping to repair some older but still usable blinds. We are very happy with the blinds in terms of attractiveness and serviceability.

You were right! The draperies are just beautiful! Thank you so much for your expert design guidance and finding the perfect fabric for my windows. The stripes enhance all the colors of my walls, floors and furniture--they couldn't be better. I appreciate the elegant simplicity of the drapes complimented by the soft "puddling" on the floors. I am in process of having my dining room chairs recovered in the fabric and know that the finished look will be fantastic.
In addition, your service was amazing! Because I was ordering so late, I never expected to have them before the holidays, but you came through with days to spare.

I have not been igoring you. I've had quite a few irons in the fire for the last month. It is pretty rare these days to honestly tell someone "It has been a pleasure doing business with you." It was! I was not forced to wait on the line and listen to awful music--you said you'd call back and you did. You arrived on schedule, gave me a specific and detailed quote, and no high pressure. I've had shade and drapery needs "on hold" since my wife's death in 2005. I don't know the details of this business--and don't want to. Your 25 plus years of experience and businesslike demeanor were all I needed. The goods arrived on time, were very efficiently and carefully installed, and your installer cleaned up after himself. Everything works and looks great! You are what my Dad called a "straight shooter." A high compliment indeed. It would be a pleasure to do business with you again. THANKS!

I recently moved in to the first home that I bought. I contacted Jason and he not only made me beautiful draperies, he also gave me and my mom advise on how to decorate my home. Delighted with the quality of workmanship and service I received.

We bought a new house and didn't no what to do with our window's finally after a year we called Jason. He came to the house and helped us pick out what window treatment would be best for us. We ended up getting blinds for ten of the window's. They look great and are exactly what we wanted. They installed them in a few hours. Great service all the way around.

Very pleasant, positive experience. Company rep was clean, well dressed and well groomed, and offered helpful suggestions. Order arrived in a short amount of time, about two weeks, and window coverings were installed the next day. Installer was knowledgeable. I will do business with this company again and do recommend them to others.

Their customer service is impeccable and products are excellent!
My wife and I have been customers of Classic Carpets and Draperies for many years. In this time, we have had them make custom blinds and draperies, along with installing carpeting for our houses and we have recommended them to many of our friends and family. Everyone who has used them have been extremely happy and have had them back to their homes multiple times for multiple products. My personal experience with them is so high that I recommended them to the owner of my companies, and Classic made custom draperies and blinds for both of our facilities. Knowledge, skill and creativity!
Classic Carpet and Draperies designed and installed the window treatments in my house. The windows are exceptionally large and the decor is formal and elegant. Jason personally came to our residence. I was impressed with his knowledge, skill and creativity. He made recommendations based on the size, color and decor. We went along with his expert suggestions and are very pleased with the window treatments and particularly with the lovely drapes. The installation was done professionally and timely per my schedule. Stop wasting time and call Jason today!
My experience with Jason's company far exceeded my expectations. After getting quotes from other curtain companies and dealing with salespeople with little or no experience, Jason provided quality service at the same price of his competitors. Jason was knowledegable and was able to recommend drapery selections that not only compliment a home's current color scheme but also highlight the beauty of the drapery. Do not go with others companies, who simply send out salespeople with little experience, stop wasting time and call Jason today! It will be the only call you need.

My husband and I love the window coverings for our whole house. Jason made it easier to picture the finished products by providing us with his expert opinion. The installation was professionally installed by George. He was very pleasant. Jason and his team at Classic Carpets and Draperies did a fantastic job for us. We had the entire house window treatments done by the them and the quality and service was excellent. Also a year later due to remodeling, we had Jason alter and modify the drapes and had them re-hung perfectly. I would recommend Jason and his team highly!

After our 40-year old velvet draperies were cleaned by another company they were returned approximately 2 inches shorter even though the company guaranteed "no shrinkage." That company initially claimed that the drapes were returned to us in their original length. Concurrently we contacted Classic to purchase new sheer draperies and in our discussions, Classic told us they could rehem the velvets as well. One velvet panel had a recent wide streak of paint on it from our painter rendering the panel unsalvageable. Classic took one extra wide window panel and made a new panel to replace the one with paint thereby saving us the expense of purchasing all new velvets. The repaired velvet drapes along with the new sheers were installed by Classic who went out of their way to make the installation completely to our satisfaction. We appreciated all the efforts expended by Jason on our behalf.

Jason was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He has wonderful ideas & suggestions, is very creative and we used his professional opinion on our final selection of draperies, rods and blinds. When our draperies came in, they were gorgeous, but we were a little disappointed with the length. I called Jason and told him my concerns & without hesitation he came out & agreed they needed to be fixed. He came back to our home & installed them himself, making sure they were exactly what I wanted! It is always easy to sell something, but when there is a problem of some kind, it is the true measure of the company as to how they resolve it. Our experience was great. We were interested in window coverings for a very large sliding glass window. Jason personally came to our residence, spoke to us about our needs, and made a recommendation based on the style and colors in the interior of house. A perfect choice. Classic Carpet and Draperies designed and installed the window treatments for 4 rooms in my house, each room having a different treatment. The results were excellent. The shutters in the den came out exactly as I wanted them to and look fabulous. The drapes in the bedroom, with the blackout lining (Jason Taite's suggestion) look beautiful and work so well. The shade in the guest room is exactly what I wanted, and the living room drapes, with the cornish valance (also Jason's suggestion) look absolutely lovely. The prices were good and the timing, from purchase to installation, was exactly what was promised. Although I thought the variety of material for the drapes was a bit limited, I was extremely pleased with my selection. I would highly recommend Classic Carpets and Draperies.

We received our carpet (whole house) in April 2010 and have been completely satisfied to date. Jason came to our house and spent several hours on our needs and suggested the carpet and color. He had me pick a color sample (the darkest green)and poured straight bleach on it while we talked. There was NO effect or discoloration of any kind and I was sold! We have more than one animal and a difficult walking path and so far the carpet has shown no ill effects. Jason was correct in the color he suggested and we love it. I would not hesitate to recommend Jason for your carpeting needs.

Prompt service. Met my schedule. Limited but adequate choices of fabrics for my project. Good quality work. Love not having to leave my house to shop. Draperies finished and installed almost before estimated finish date. Made my first custom drapery order informative and easy.
